These are some of the projects that we are currently working on in the shop. We will update photos as work progresses.

Italian Schiavona

Work in progress for the 2026 Art Knife Invitational Show. Inspired by 17th century Italian Schiavona.

Anglo Saxon Sword

Bits and pieces of a long-term project. Based on hilt components found in the Staffordshire Hoard.

Dagger

Based on 17th century Italian daggers. Multi fullered pattern welded steel blade, engraved steel guard and pommel cap. Reeded blackwood grip.

Roman Gladius

Composite pattern welded steel blade, engraved bronze fittings, Western Acacia and Box Elder hilt. Available -- please contact Vince at evansvk@gmail.com for more information.
