Latest Projects

These are some of the projects that we are currently working on in the shop. We will update photos as work progresses.

Late Germanic Iron Age Sword

Based on the Bildsø Sword found in Denmark. Composite pattern welded blade, silver and gilt bronze fittings, horn grip. The pommel is engraved on one side and inlaid with cut garnets on the reverse.

Viking Era Sword

Composite pattern welded blade. The pattern welded guards and pommel are inlaid with gold and silver wire. Available -- contact Vince at evansvk@gmail.com for more details.

Iberian Falcata

Pattern welded steel blade, engraved bronze mounts, stabilized redwood burl. Inspired by originals. Won "Best Sword" at the 2025 Blade Show in Atlanta.

Roman Gladius
